We offer 3 different shipping methods based on your order quantity. Courier Delivery, Air Cargo, and Sea Cargo.
Courier deliveries: 95% of courier deliveries are delivered within 7-12 days after dispatch. You will be provided with a tracking number once the items have left the warehouse.
Air Cargo: For larger volumes and quick shipping, Air Cargo delivery is the best because of quick delivery times. However, you will be required to pick up your cargo from the Airport and clear the customs yourself or appoint a customs agent to handle the cargo customs clearance. Air cargo deliveries are much more affordable compared to the Courier delivery service. Air Cargo deliveries take about 10-15 days depending on the location of the destination airport.
Sea Cargo: Large orders that are not urgent can be shipped via Sea Cargo. As Nepal is a landlocked country our nearest sea port is Kolkata, India. The items are transported via Land to the Sea Port and then loaded onto the ship. Sea Cargo is the most economical method of shipping. You should expect your sea cargo to arrive within 45-55 days. You will be required to pick up your cargo from the port and clear the customs yourself or appoint a customs agent to handle the cargo customs clearance.
